ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements. Also, you will act as the primary point of contact for data-related matters, aligning data requirements for the area. As an Operation Automation Lead, you'll be responsible for: Establishing fluent and clear communication with the leaders and stakeholders from the Product and Development team. Make use of management skills to quickly come to agreements and unlock projects/processes. Designing and developing product automation and data tools with Python, Apps Script, etc. Project management initiatives: Automation for Ops & Fulfillment. Following up and supporting on the main projects (Automation, reports, and data) to ensure the accomplishment of due dates and the achievement of aims.
Supporting the area operation with diverse reports and automation that help decision-making. Defining and communicating the OKRs of the area and planning the activities to achieve the goals of the quarter. Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance data analysis methodologies, tools, and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data-driven decision-making. Reuniting and communicating the area necessities and best interests to the corresponding teams and Managers (Acting as the primary point of contact for data-related matters). Improving communication channels and managing inter-area projects to ensure optimal results. Monitoring and improving team performance. Maintaining thorough documentation of processes, tools, and project progress,
and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and across departments. What will make us choose you? Experience working with SQL, Google Sheets, Science / Analytics models, Python, JS, and Google Analytics 4. 4 years of experience as an Automation or similar position. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. Self-driven, constant learner, and motivated to give the best of themselves. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
