We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains What You'll Do Work alongside a software development team to track product delivery and product maintenance tasks. Create and maintain a published product roadmaps for teams; ensuring clarity on the key objectives of each project (Note: you will not be the product owner for the Roadmap, you will partner with the Product Manager to publish the team team's roadmap in Jira) Issue triage: assist in the assignment and planning of appropriate resources for product maintenance, flagging patterns that could turn into new feature development. Collaborate with teams to serve as the primary point of contact during project life cycles to manage health, scope and facilitate feedback sessions; capturing customer experience and bringing these insights to the product development team. Set up systems for stakeholders and teams to provide visibility into project workflow, delivery tracking and product documentation.
