Join as a QA Automation Manager,





where you'll guide a team of QA professionals in developing and executing advanced automation strategies. Your role involves setting quality benchmarks, leading automation projects, and ensuring the alignment of testing practices with overall development goals, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.

What you'll do:

1. Define the strategic approach for automated testing, including test case creation and test plan design, to ensure thorough product functionality verification.
2. Facilitate close collaboration between QA and development teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters for a unified approach to product design and requirements.
3. Lead the management of bugs and enhancements, ensuring effective tracking and resolution.
4. Oversee the investigation and analysis of product defects, providing strategic direction for improvements.
5. Architect and implement a comprehensive Test Automation strategy across the organization.
6. Guide the team in generating high-quality API level automated test scripts, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

What we are looking for ideally:

1.





Knowledge in RPA framework.
2. 7+ years of experience with QA Automation.
3. Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
4. In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
5. Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
6. Strong experience in application security best practices.
7. Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
8. Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
9. Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
10. Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
11. Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
12.





Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
13. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
14. Advanced level of English.
