We seek Customer Service Representatives who are customer-focused, motivated, and proficient in advanced English to assist new and existing customers through chat and voice support channels. Responsibilities

5. Meet and exceed performance goals,
including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
1. Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
2. Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with urgent situations.
5. Ability to work on-site in Cali, Unicentro.
6. Motivated, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
