Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing and a passion for maximizing results using AI-driven technology.
This role is essential to creating hyper-personalized, efficient, and impactful email campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities: Use AI tools to optimize email campaign efficiency, personalization, and segmentation.
Develop, execute, and refine email marketing strategies aligned with Get ORMs goals.
Create compelling, structured email newsletters tailored to different audience segments.
Perform AI-driven A/B testing for subject lines, content, and calls to action.
Analyze email performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Automate email sequences using AI-driven platforms.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for a cohesive customer experience.
Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Qualifications:
Experience in email marketing with success using AI tools for optimization.
Familiarity with AI-powered and traditional email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaigns.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves: Advanced AI knowledge in digital marketing.
Experience in predictive analysis for email campaigns.
Familiarity with online reputation management.
