As a Senior Ruby Developer, take the leadin developing high-quality web applications using Ruby. Your roleincludes overseeing project development,
mentoring juniordevelopers, and integrating advanced technologies to ensure thecreation of efficient, scalable software solutions.
What you willdo : 1. Lead and oversee the design and development of sophisticatedRuby applications, aligning them with business and technicalrequirements.
2. Mentor junior and semi-senior developers,fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuouslearning. 3. Make strategic decisions regarding applicationarchitecture, database design, and performance optimization in Rubyapplications.
4. Champion best practices in code quality, security,and maintainability within the Ruby development team. 5. Driveinnovation by exploring and integrating new Ruby gems, tools, andmethodologies into existing and future projects.
6. Collaboratewith stakeholders, providing technical insights andrecommendations, and ensuring the successful delivery of Rubyprojects.
Here’s what we are looking for : 1. 4+ years of experiencewith Ruby. 2. Strong understanding of best practices, such as SOLIDand clean code,
focusing on scalable solutions.
3. Extensiveexperience with code reviews, writing automated tests, andimplementing CI / CD pipelines. 4. Strong expertise in unit testing,integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
5.Demonstrated ability to make informed technical decisions and applythe best approach for each use case. 6. IT infrastructureknowledge.
