About the position
We are looking for a new member for our triple AAA team. You must be a Scrum Master with a great attitude, always striving to do better, proactive, social, who likes to research and inspire others in the same direction.
Ensure that the agile values are applied and experienced within the company. Arrange the team meetings: Daily meetings, review, planning, refinement, retrospectives, demos, etc. Support the team members in the resolution of conflicts, adoption of best agile practices, policy:making, and self:organization. Contact other Agile Communities, assist to meetups, courses, workshops and other activities that bring personal and methodological growth. Also, you will encourage and facilitate learning opportunities for the whole team. Become a mentor and provide feedback to the team members. Facilitate and foster the adoption of good engineering practices such as DevOps, SecOps, continuous delivery, testing agile, etc. Support the team in the creation of information radiators and metrics that support the continuous evolution and improvement and make sure that the metrics keep up to date and everyone acts based on these. Support the Product Owner providing them formation on the framework, user story divisions, prioritization of backlog and releases plan. Remove obstacles found by the team, keep everyone focused on achieving the same goals. Promote the personal, technical and methodological growth of the team members. Work constantly with the Product managers to let them know the issues that might affect the completion of tasks. Promote a growth, learning, and continuous improvement environment, without fear of changes.
