With the COVID:19 crisis continuing to affect all corners of the world, Cuso International is assessing our ability to continue with our programming activities while ensuring the safety of Canadian volunteers during these challenging times.
The safety and security of Cuso International staff, volunteers and the communities in which we are present is our top priority and we are closely monitoring the COVID:19 pandemic and following the advice from public health authorities globally, nationally, and locally.
Some countries have implemented borders and movement restrictions,
which has impacted our existing volunteering program delivery but we continue to build our pool of prospective volunteers so we can get back to supporting our local partners and communities as soon as we're able to do so.
If your volunteer application is shortlisted, a Volunteer Mobilization Advisor (VMA) will contact you to discuss the next steps and will provide you with the relevant information so that you can make an informed decision.
