Job Title Client Executive Job Description Kaplan International is looking for an ambitious Client Executive (native Spanish speaker with fluent English) who has a keen interest in international education and cultural exchange. The ideal candidate will have experience working with study abroad agencies and Kaplan language schools, as well as a general familiarity with the language travel industry. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow business with agents in Latin America who are sending students to study English, and other languages abroad.
Assist in administrative process,update and maintainpolicies and procedures, referrals,payments,
database Handle administrative requests and queries fromAccount andRegionalmanagers Systematically and proactively managing agent bookings, both telephone and email communication in Spanish and English Buildingand maintainingstrong relationshipswithagentsand our customer services team UtilizingSalesforce CRM Systemas well as various internal systemsand databases to manage bookingsand groups referrals Dealingeffectively with challenges, resolving complaints,escalating issues to the relevant line managersand providingongoing customer support Managing cancellations and postponements To meet and exceed our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Manage sales pipeline to achieve team sales targets and drive results Prepare and provide quotes developing relationships of both new and existing partners SupportingtheAccountandRegionalManager for the region Demonstratingan excellent knowledge of Kaplan International products
Requires 2:5 years related experience A true hunter, hungry for new deals and opportunities to drive growth either directly or towards team targets Be comfortable working totight deadlines while managing competing priorities Bilingual proficiency in English Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi:task, prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to work under pressure and hard when required, and through customer objections Competent computer skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent
