Focus, Scope, and Impact:
Thisrole is responsible for supporting and challenging the PEC or COL and VZLA or CAR and CAM Fra nchise Unit in implementing the commercial strategy and developing actionable commercial insights at market level. This will be achieved by:
Pullingdata and insights from Insights and Analysis, Operations Planning and BTO/EWI functions to identify. granular regional opportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level.
Identifying strategic projects in support of the growth goals for the Franchise PEC or COL and VZLA or CAR and CAM and managing the Franchise strategic project portfolio , working with Franchise teams and OU functions.
Collaborating with Franchise PEC or COL and VZLA or CAR and CAM and Commercial to adjust execution strategy .
Support Franchise and Strategic Integration PEC or COL and VZLA or CAR and CAM on system end:to:end alignment process with Bottlers at local level.
LA OU :Strategic Integration Central Operations : COL and VZLA.
2 Countries : Colombia and Venezuela.
Profile : Leader of others with a total team of 2 associates and Indirect influences operation franchise teams of the COL and VZLA Operation. ?

Related Work Experience:
+12years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation /Strategy related areas.
Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
People manager with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer .
