Thisroleis responsible forsupporting and challenging thePECorCOL&VZLAorCAR;&CAMFranchise; Unitinimplementing thecommercial strategy and developing actionable commercial insights at market level.This will be achieved by:
Pullingdata & insights from Insights and Analysis, Operations Planning andBTO/EWIfunctionsto identify. granularregionalopportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level.
Identifying strategic projects in support of the growth goals for the FranchisePECorCOL&VZLAorCAR;&CAMand; managing the Franchise strategic project portfolio,working with Franchise teams and OU functions.
Collaborating with FranchisePECorCOL&VZLAorCAR;&CAMand; Commercialtoadjust executionstrategy.
Support Franchiseand Strategic IntegrationPECorCOL&VZLAorCAR;&CAMonsystem; end-to-end alignment process with Bottlers at local level.
LA OU –Strategic IntegrationCentralOperations –COL&VZLA.;
2Countries – Colombia and Venezuela.
Profile:Leader of others with a total team of2associates & Indirect influences operation franchise teams of theCOL&VZLAOperation.;
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Development of actionable compelling commercial insights, strategies andinitiatives at the market level.
Usage offact-based, strategic approach to identify the insights, strategies andleading-edge solutionstoboostlocal/granular commercial strategy, with actionable commercial levers.
Supportend to end alignment process with Bottlers.
Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas.
Manage uncertaintyand multiple stakeholders.
Related Work Experience:
+12years of Business and/or functional experienceinOperation/Strategy related areas.
Proven trajectoryofcollaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
People manager with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer.
Solid business acumen skills: to translate data and insights to help inform key business decisions.
Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop holistic approach.
Franchise leadership/negotiation: to drive better conversations into practical applications.
Problem framing and problem-solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
Systemic thinking: Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation. Being comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Broad Expertise In(Good To Have):
Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate, influence and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented storytelling.
Innovation and taking different approach.
Adaptability/flexibility: Comfortable with ambiguity.
Organization and focus: prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities.
External focus: (Agile and CPI external network of practitioners).
Multiple interactions and negotiations with management team members of KO system.
Negotiation, influence and communication skills to align strategies as well as build value-based relationships through numerous sensitive situations (typically with bottler) are essential.
Write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging.
