Responsabilidades:
Collaborate with clients to perform brand and video discovery. Determine concepts and goals of videos.
Creatively conceptualize stories, write video treatments and scripts, manage production budgets and schedules.
Oversee videographers, editors,
motion graphic artists and animators to manage every aspect of a video project from start to finish.
Sell video services to new clients and win new bids for video work.
Manage the video department?s P&L; and create & adjust businesses development strategies.
Bring video projects to completion on time and on budget for Desmond I Garcia clients ($100MM to Fortune 20 companies).
Oversee video team on project timelines, project resources and project plans.
Oversee project financials, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and project margin.
Assure that projects achieve desired creative, business, and technical objectives.
Validate and create project deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Identify new project opportunities with existing clients.
Lead internal project team.
Establish close working relationships with client project team and internal development managers.
Oversee all aspects of production, including concept, pre-production, production, post-production and distribution.
Evangelize the brand to clients, including C-Suite, Executives and Directors.
Manage multiple projects at different stages, from proposal/estimating phases to completion and follow-through.
Communicate, define and manage the scope of the project to ensure client needs are met and budgets are considered.
Create and oversee project schedules including dependencies, duration and resources needed.
Forecast, track and manage project budgets.
Create and oversee internal and external expectations for project success and monitor quality standards for all project deliverables.
Work with video team to propose solutions for clients needs.
Help define, manage and facilitate client deliverables and assets to project team.
Detalles adicionales:
You will work closely with Desmond I Garcia partners, creative leadership, partner agencies and existing clients to facilitate, bring to fruition and manage ongoing video projects. You will be responsible for generating revenue for the video vertical from existing and new clients. You will anticipate how decisions are made, research and comprehend the details of our client?s brand, objectives, video projects and campaigns. You will persistently explore, uncover and solve the business needs of projects. You will set the executional vision for the video vertical and for all projects from briefing through to launch and distribution. Your entrepreneurial drive, leadership, experience, understanding of the advertising, marketing and brand landscape will help set the forward trajectory for our expanding creative agency. You will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, Business Development team, Project Manager and report directly to the CEO.
