Help support the Local Central HUB local activities as per the Infrastructure Lead requirements, aligned with the Enterprise Infrastructure Endpoint Management Director
Pro-actively manage relationship with internal stakeholders of the Endpoint management Domain for LATAM and identify their requirements. Manage portfolio of technologies lifecycle.
Define the operational plan for Endpoint management related to the global IT strategy, considering financial, and human resources aspects.
Understand, challenge, and clarify internal stakeholders’ requirements and manage the right balance between those requirements and IT constraints and capabilities.
Manage operational activities and projects considering quality of deliverables, costs, and respect of planning.
Guaranty operational efficiency of Domain services and SLA.
Guaranty security of Domain services regarding the group security policy.
Manage relationship with technology providers, follow technologies trends and identify potential value for the business.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business or equivalent experience
Proficient in English. Must be able to collaborate and lead sessions with larger team distributed in the Americas Zone. English (90%)
IT Professional with at least 5 years of proven experience in IT with broad understanding of the described technologies
Project Management skills and Agile Mindset is desired
Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently under little supervision within a demanding client centric environment.
Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a high level of initiative.A Proactive, assertive, and well-developed soft skills professional to interact with IT colleagues, managers and business stakeholders.Ability to speak Portuguese is a plus
Device management: -SCCM, Intune, Jamf -AWS Workspace, CITRIX, Windows Virtual Desktop -Tanium, Crowdstrike, Parity
Experience with Azure and a good general understanding of the other Enterprise services technologies/services-Individual productivity: mail (Exchange), Secured Email Gateway (Proofpoint), Office 365 pro+, Data protection (O365 DLP, Varonis)-Identity and access management: Access Management (Azure Active Directory, AD), Privileged Access Management (CyberArk), Identity Governance and Administration-Collaboration: Office 365
