The role of Communications and Society Manager will be essential in delivering this goals and ambition, aligned to the global strategy in terms of strengthening and protecting Diageo’s reputation, driving employee engagement and promoting a positive public policy. Leadership Responsibilities: Lead the corporate communications strategy with external and internal audiences. Lead the corporate communications agencies (PR, social media, content and event production). Lead Positive drinking and community impact agenda. Establish and strengthen relations with media and other key stakeholders. Overview and lead internal communications. Ensure an expansion and brilliant execution of our Corporate Responsibility Programs with an especial focus in Learning for Life activities. Ensure these are both delivered and recognized for their contribution to the communities of PEBAC and are leveraged for positive and constructive public policy outcomes Effective management of the % A&P; funding to Positive Drinking and community impact initiatives. Purpose of Role: The main purpose of the role is to support Diageo in terms of corporate communications and social responsability in order to deliver its performance ambition: create the best performing, most trusted and respected consumer products company in the world. Top 3-5 Accountabilities: Lead the development and execution of the corporate communications strategy in order to strengthen Diageo’s reputation and establish strategic relationships with main stakeholders: media, KOLs, NGOs, government, regulatory authorities, clients and suppliers. Overview and lead internal communications strategy in order to drive employee engagement. Team up different areas and cross functional teams in order to coordinate communicational contents and leverage our consumer brands communications efforts to position positive drinking strategies. Support the organization with strategic communications to leverage our business objectives, impact in communities and public policy efforts. Qualifications and Experience Required: College graduate, preferable under Communications or Marketing. Leadership and ownership. Fluent in Spanish and English. 12 years minimum experience in similar roles.
