Your ‘day to day’Supervise the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Security and Market systems and programs, in accordance with the company Principle and Practices, Management Program, legal requirements and recognized best practices, in order to protect people, business and assets.The role will 1. Implement/supervise the function's strategy, objectives, plans and budget execution. Supervise that core security & market activities are aligned with business requirements. Ensure the execution complies with Company's and local regulatory requirements. Provide inputs to continuously improve performance, by developing upgrading new/current procedures, guidelines and best practices. 2. Develop, implement and monitor the security management system and programs, and strive for improvements to protect people, business and assets, based on company Principles and Practices and applicable regulatory requirements, and to ensure that programs and procedures are adhered to, and responsibilities are understood. 3. Perform/support the local security risk assessment execution. Provide input for the risk mitigation action plan. Execute/supervise the mitigation action plan execution. Perform annual risk assessment review and gap analysis. Contribute to the production and the maintenance of local security guidelines, procedures and emergency response plans. Supervise their implementation. 4. Respond to and report security & market incidents as per program requirements. Support the root cause analysis and security related investigations, and the corrective action plan implementation. 5. Deliver/supervise all security, maket safety training programs. Produce and keep up-to-date training records as per PMI and applicable legislation. Seek and consolidate participants' feedback in order to improve the training programs, and security culture. Provide input for the security briefs, alerts, instructions and refreshers. Ensure that all Corporate or local security & market programs, documents, plans and training are duly communicated to and available to local staff.6. Gather, process and consolidate all security data including incident reports, KPIs, audit reports, budget spenditures. Review and validate all aggregated data before uploading them into reporting systems. Who we’re looking forUniversity degree in related careers. At list min 5 years experience in related area and management experience (Consumer goods industries) . People Management/ Supply Management. Strong communication and Stakeholder’s management skillsStrong Action Oriented, Drive For Results, Priority Setting, Conflict Management skills.English level is required. Spanish fluent.
