Full Job Description





We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Head of Talent Acquisition and Development to be part of the People team and lead our recruitment and development efforts. This person will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and developing and supporting all training and talent management initiatives for EdgeUno. You will work closely with the hiring managers to attract talent and deliver training programs for new and existing employees based on the needs of the organization.





The ideal candidate for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.





Core Responsibilities





• Identifying company needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.





• Managing a highly skilled team to assist with talent development and acquisition.





• Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the Edgeuno culture and strategy.





• Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.





• Lead employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally.





• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.





• Identify training & development needs within the organization through job analysis, performance review results and regular consultation with managers.





• Establish a comprehensive training & development approach.





• Evaluate training and development programs and adjust where needed.





• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.





Requirements



• English Level C1+ is a requirement





• Willingness to work in a rapid, fast paced environment





• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience leading Talent Acquisition and development teams.





• Strong knowledge of workforce analytics, metrics, and recruiting tools and strategies.





• Experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, management, and development.





• Experience delivering employee training programs.





• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in a Telecom/ Startup company or passion to join a successful one!
