Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a VP Enterprise & Employee Financial Services to be based in New Brunswick, NJ or one of our of our five global service hubs located in Manila, Suzhou, Prague, Bogota or Tampa, with 50% travel to Bogota, CO.

There are more than 2,000 employees in Human Resources, Finance and Procurement who work for Johnson & Johnson Global Services in key service centers located in Manila, Suzhou, Prague, Bogota and Tampa, as well as in local country-based hubs.



The VP Enterprise & Employee Financial Services is fully responsible and accountable for the overall leadership, strategy and direction of global Johnson & Johnson Enterprise & Employee Financial Services, with responsibility for managing Global Payroll, Global Time & Attendance (T&A;), Global Travel & Expense (T&E;) Services, & partnering with the People Experience Operations Team to deliver services for all Johnson & Johnson employees ((130,000). This position will report to the Vice President, Global Services Finance, with an indirect reporting relationship to the Vice President, Global Services HR & People Experience, and will be located in Latin America. This role primarily interfaces with global and regional service delivery teams, leadership across GS Finance, HR, GCO, & enabling functions, as well as corporate stakeholders in Finance, HR, Information Technology, Tax, Corporate Internal Audit.



Essential Functions & Responsibilities



Lead global organization to deliver service, quality, budget commitments with adequate controls and in compliance with all statutory, regulatory and SOX 404 requirements for



Develop and meet financial and budget expectations for organization. Provide business guidance on service allocation and charge-back model



Ownership of global standards, policies, and processes and change management/governance/communication



Provide guidance, direction and expertise to support all internal and external audits



Ensure strong metrics and analytics in place for service performance management.



Drive a continuous improvement and change management capability within organization and across cross-functional partners to optimize effectiveness and efficiency

Provide strategic leadership to acquisitions, divestures, reorganizations and other integrations, as required



Provide leadership and talent management processes to approximately 400 direct and indirect reports



Attract, integrate and retain a highly competent, motivated and diverse, Credo-based team.



Develop vision and strategy for end state payroll organization and deploy through Payroll Simplification program



Lead cross-functional partners in Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to develop strategic plan and roadmap for robust service infrastructure that drives growth and business expansion



Creates a climate which provides direction; champions new initiatives; encourages others to change and serves as a catalyst of change; manages effectively in a high-change environment.



Shape and manage outsourced provider landscape in partnership with Procurement



Develop and foster external relationships and benchmarking to ensure responsiveness to changing environment

Responsible for building customer-focused organizational culture with a strong focus and capability on designing, measuring, and delivering end-to-end employee experience across process areas



Serve as GS Finance Leader for Americas Region, Bogota site, Talent Council, & Employee Experience Council – develop and maintain regional stakeholder across enterprise and GS. Provide regional leadership within GS and GS Finance organization



Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Advanced degree preferred



Minimum 15 years of experience in finance or related field



Minimum 10 years of people management experience

Experience managing Payroll department of a large multi-state company or general management



8 or more years working with an ERP system (Payroll modules of SAP and/or Workday)



Experience managing Payroll vendors and applications (e.g., Kronos, ADP, Equifax, etc.) or similar



Significant experience driving large, global, complex projects to a successful completion with direct responsibility for leading a large multi-site organization through change while maintaining day-to-day operations



A sense of urgency in solving customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution and an ability to work effectively under pressure



Strong customer-centricity profile with ability to look holistically across end-to-end process areas to improve the employee experience



Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees, colleagues, leaders and stakeholders at all levels with a proven record of championing new ideas, concepts and technologies and obtain buy-in from executive leadership



Track record of driving business results in ambiguous and fluid situations through inspirational leadership, pragmatic approach, and empowering people to act with speed, agility and accountability to deliver against the organizational goals

Must develop and maintain a high-performing team with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment



Spanish and or Portuguese Language skills highly preferred



This position will require 50% international travel to Bogota, Co.
